Each workshop is held over one weekend (Saturday afternoons(1-3 pm EST) & Wednesday evenings (6:30-8:30 pm EST) • and combines interactive teaching, guided meditations, hands-on exercises, reflection, and practical techniques you can immediately begin using in your daily life.

Begin your spiritual journey by learning about the loving guides who have been supporting you throughout your life.
